The DUO® Tel Aviv towers will rise to 50 floors, serving as a beacon of modern architecture. Their monumental and powerful design will contribute to the skyline and character of Tel Aviv, while also allowing residents to enjoy the city’s endless views. The unique location of the complex, above the quiet Ben Sira Street, will provide residents with an optimal urban living experience, offering proximity and accessibility to everything the city has to offer, along with peace and intimacy.
The design of DUO® Tel Aviv places a strong emphasis on the daily life of its residents, featuring a variety of services within the complex, including a residents' club, 24/7 security, an outdoor infinity pool with a toddler pool, sitting and sunbathing areas, a fully equipped fitness club, high ceilings, and glass walls.
The project includes a rich variety of apartments: 2-5 rooms and luxurious penthouses.

The Wellness Complex
The residents' wellness complex is designed as an independent section with direct access from the lobby. The complex, benefiting from the urban landscape, includes an exceptionally large gym. The complex also includes a pool area featuring an infinity swimming pool, a toddler pool, and numerous sitting areas. The pool is located on the rooftop of the lobby building, between the two residential towers, creating an oasis of tranquility in the urban space.

Public Spaces
The public spaces in the residential towers feature a highly inspiring design concept by Orly Sharam Architects. The ground floor, with an impressive height of approximately 7 meters, will serve as the main lobby, connecting the two residential towers in a "street-like" space. Each floor will also feature a beautifully designed floor lobby. The "Reflections" design concept connects urban life in Tel Aviv with high-end, international standard elegance. The design emphasizes the advantages of the location and the qualities of Tel Aviv. The public spaces have been designed to separate the residential complex from the commercial area, ensuring privacy and exclusivity for the residents.
